Five Reasons Your Website Isn't Generating Leads

A website that gets visitors but not calls is usually failing at one of a small number of predictable points. Before rebuilding the whole thing, check these first.

It's slow on a phone

Most home service searches happen on mobile, often on a job site with weak signal. A site that takes more than a couple seconds to load loses visitors before they see anything.

There's no obvious next step

A phone number buried in a footer isn't a call to action. Every page should make it obvious, above the fold, how to get a quote — a button, a number, a form, ideally more than one.

There's nothing proving the work is real

Stock photography, no reviews, no project photos — visitors have no way to verify the business actually does what it claims. Real photos and real project details close that gap.
